BLiX spectrometer
- The BLiX spectrometer renders 3D erlemental imaging of large samples feasible.

The spectrometer enables micro-XRF and confocal micro-XRF measurements with a manual change between the two modes. Using the confocal alignment, a three dimensional elemental analysis in the micrometer range is possible. Special measurement needs can be realized due to a flexible construction of single setup components.
